Our Mission
To be Australia's leading Indigenous social enterprise, empowering communities and driving sustainable impact
Our History
In 2006, the NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (NSWICC) was founded to provide a network supporting Aboriginal People to establish, operate and grow their businesses. It is now recognised as the peak body for NSW Aboriginal business and aims to facilitate corporate partnerships, mentor young entrepreneurs and create opportunities for sharing and learning.

To support this integral work, the NSWICC established Wuu-rri as an innovative and adaptable enterprise that would bring in finances through selling products directly to the public. Revenue we raise through Wuu-rri is invested back into the ICC, furthering the impact on empowering Indigenous enterprises.

Wuu-rri Vending is the first iteration of this model, and began in 2018 as the result of a new partnership with Coca-Cola. With vending machines being provided at no cost to the approved host, the venture generates a passive income stream to help resource the capacity building programs run by the Chamber of Commerce. Successfully piloted in NSW, Wuu-rri Vending now has over 180 machines in the marketplace and is available in all states and territories.
